Experiencing more joy in your friendships starts with taking inventory of what's really going on...

Wait, what's a friendship inventory?

Research* finds that women are more likely than men to ruminate (think deeply about the same issue over and over), and that rumination can often immobilize us from taking action. Mental health researchers believe that this might be why women report more anxiety and depression than men.

Friendships are a major area of rumination, as women often find themselves frequently thinking about how to experience more satisfaction in these relationships.

But where do they start? How can they begin to get clear about who to prioritize and what needs to change in order to experience more joy in their friendship landscape?

What should I expect?

This experience will feel like a personalized, one-on-one extended coaching experience. The Friend Forward Friendship Inventory includes:

We strongly suggest doing the inventory in one sitting. Please allow 1-2 hours for a thorough and thoughtful completion of the materials.

This workshop is for you if…

Meet Danielle

There’s nothing like the beauty of female friendship.

As a former high school teacher, Danielle saw how issues of connection and belonging were impacting her students.

When she left the classroom to become a publicist, she was surprised to learn that her high-achieving clients were also struggling in their friendships as well.

Both teens and businesswomen were seeking Danielle's advice for their struggles after hours, and that's how Friend Forward was born.

Danielle now leverages her background in education to study what the latest research has to say about women's cooperation, communication, and conflict.

She's now a well-known friendship coach and educator whose signature style of pairing research with real-life helps women experience more joy in their platonic relationships with one another.

What began as a personal obsession has become a media-worthy business, earning recurring guest expert appearances in the New York Times, The Tamron Hall Show, The Skimm, and the Mel Robbins Podcast, and other major outlets.

But as the brand continues to grow, Danielle's favorite place to be is sitting with a woman one-on-one, listening as she shares her heart for friendship.

A bit of fine print:

This workshop is not for you if you are looking for a complete overhaul of your friendships. This workshop helps women gain clarity on where to begin focusing their attention and what changes need to be made to experience more joy.

For those looking for the "how's", this Fall, Friend Forward is offering its final cohort for the Friendship Elevated group coaching program to extensively explore and improve women's five domains of friendship:

Friendship Elevated is an intense, more long-term experience (16-weeks). This inventory is a prerequisite to that experience.

"What's the investment?"

This workshop experience is $49. Aside from Danielle's podcast (free) and book (~$30), this is the most affordable offering she has available, as the intensive Friendship Elevated experience will be an investment of $1,999 (and will be her last time offering coaching services!).
