Can you relate?

  • It seems like all your friendships disappeared when you graduated/ got married/ had a baby/ changed cities/ went through a major life milestone.

  • You struggle to keep momentum after meeting someone you like, and things fade out.

  • Sometimes your introversion/ social anxiety gets the best of you when it comes to making new friends.

  • Whenever there's conflict or tension with a friend, you gradually withdraw until the friendship fades, but now you're ready to learn how to work through it.

  • You get anxious about voicing your desires and boundaries, and it's left you feeling less than satisfied in your current female friendships.

  • You're still not over a friendship break-up, and you're surprised by how painful it's been.

  • It seems like everyone's found their "people" except for you.

  • On more than one occasion, you've taken an "I don't need friends" attitude only to realize... you actually need friends.

  • You're a "high-achieving" woman who has lots of social connections, but you're not satisfied

this is for you.

To the woman who wants to feel more satisfied in her friendships with other women:

Friendship Elevated is now a four-month group coaching program for women who want fresh insights and actionable strategies to experience more connection with the women in their lives.

Guided by expert Danielle Bayard Jackson, this experience includes:

  • live bi-weekly coaching sessions
  • community support from women just like you
  • a packed video library to teach you the secrets of genuine connection and relational resilience
  • personal assessments to reveal the state of your relational health
  • a workbook you can refer to long after the program closes
  • a community chat with other members (and coach!) for ongoing support and encouragement

Who's in the room?

While most would expect that a coaching program about friendship would be filled with socially awkward wallflowers, 80% of the women in our program are charismatic, high-achieving women who are privately dissatisfied with their female friendships.

While each cohort is different, there have been demographic themes. We're proud to have a program with:

  • more than 50% women of color
  • on average, members from ages 24 through 47 (all are welcome!)
  • women from various financial backgrounds
  • a mix of introverts and extroverts
  • stay-at-home moms, therapists, surgeons, students, entrepreneurs, and a wide variety of other industries have joined

What will I learn?

We teach through an original framework called The Five Domains of Relational Health designed by Danielle Bayard Jackson and the Women's Relational Health Institute. Because platonic relationships are layered and require a variety of skills and knowledge, members will journey through each aspect of this dynamic.

Mindset: We will learn the five most common beliefs that keep women (especially women 30+) from enjoying deeper friendships.

Connection: This module will explore the science of forming connections from scratch (including how to position yourself to invite new connections into your life how to maximize initial conversations, and the art of establishing mutuality in the beginning stages). We also focus on the psychology of rejection in this module (new!).

Momentum: This module explores research-based strategies to help you mov your "surface-level relationships" to a deeper place. You'll learn our methods of not only co-creating platonic intimacy, but forming values-aligned relationships as well.

Conflict: Healthy conflict is inevitable, but for many women, there is a lack of skill and confidence in navigating relational tensions. You'll learn strategies that expand on the content from Danielle Bayard Jackson's book, Fighting for our Friendships.

Renewal: This module explores friendship dissolution, including how to release friendships with grace, manage feelings after being released, and maintaining optimism during friendship transitions.

How will this transform my life?

Woman In Cafe

Genuine change through inspired action

Research suggests that women are more prone to anxiety and depression because of their tendency to ruminate. If you're ready to stop spending hours a week replaying, analyzing, and rehearsing for the same issues, this program is for you. You'll learn to identify friendship patterns and  take action to achieve your biggest relational goals, instead of becoming immobilized by fear or lack of clarity.

Joyful Woman Outdoors

Knowledge and skills for Future You

You've shared your connection issues with your boyfriend, your mother, your friends, and your therapist, and while they mean well, their advice just isn't what you need. You have yet to work with someone who specializes in women's cooperation, communication, and conflict. And once you do, you'll finally be equipped to form value-based relationships with new skills and confidence. Guaranteed.

Diverse Women Smiling

Increased confidence through like-minded community

You will get practice, support, and perspective in a safe space with the other women who've joined this program. We have unique rules for our group chat that guide the conversations, and you'll form genuine bonds with other people who understand what you're going through. They can also cheer you on as you apply what you're learning in the "real world".

NEW COHORT LAUNCHES FALL 2026

Meet your coach.

"As a woman who studies what the latest research says about women's cooperation, communication, and conflict, my background has uniquely equipped me to guide women through a process that promotes actual change.

This will be our sixth cohort and each group is different because the personalities and member circumstances create a unique dynamic. It's also ever-changing because I'm integrating everything I'm learning and seeing on the ground during my speaking engagements, personal study time, and collaborations with social researchers.

I'm very serious about creating a space where there's a balance of technical knowledge and emotional experiences because that combination has a real, long-lasting impact.

So with humor, hunger, and honesty, we're diving deep with research, resources and heartfelt conversations to position women to experience better female friendships by the beginning of summer.

I'd love the honor of being by your side for the next 16 weeks because I know you're ready for more. More connection. More satisfaction. More friendship quality. More enjoyment.

And I'm ready to journey through it with you."
