I made a post on Instagram asking women who have a lot of friends (and who generally make friends pretty easily) to share how they make it happen.


Between my Instagram and TikTok responses, more than 700 women responded. I then analyzed the themes that appeared in the comments and highlighted the six most common ones that appeared over and over again.
